Dr Anthony Turner (UK) is a University Lecturer and Olympic level Strength and Conditioning Coach. He visits us for in-depth training courses to ensure that our training and testing methods are safe and cutting edge. It is of huge importance in this ever changing industry that we constantly develop and evolve our practices in order to deliver the best possible up to date product for our clients.

Dr Anthony Turner, ASCC, CSCS*D, PGCE, PhD, is the Director of Postgraduate Programmes at the London Sport Institute Middlesex University, where he is also the Programme Leader for the MSc in Strength and Conditioning. Anthony consults with British Fencing, Queens Park Rangers Football Club, Saracens Rugby Club and the British Special Forces. He is accredited (with distinction) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA). He was awarded the 2015 UKSCA coach of the year for education and research, has published over 50 peer reviewed journal articles and has completed his PhD examining physical preparation in Fencing. Anthony was part of the sport science and medicine team that saw British Fencing win their first European Championship, beat the Olympic champions to win gold at the inaugural European Games, and for the first time, qualify a team for the Olympic Games, as well as develop an athlete expected to medal in the individual event.
