My core values are reflected in the people I have chosen to be close to me on my path through life.
The famous story the “Lord of The Rings" and "The Hunger Games" are good modern accounts of human core values. How loyal are you? What boundaries would you cross? What's betrayal to you? Where is your limit?
My core values have an Army background. After 13 years of service in the British Army first in the Royal Gloucestershire Berkshire and Wiltshire Regiment and later the Royal Army Physical Training Corps they are now ingrained in my personality. They have become the foundation that underpins all I do.
I am able to stay loyal to myself and those around me. This entails always being honest and having strong moral principles. I have the courage to accept myself and my call in life while always striving for improvement; the most successful businessmen in the world have the courage to face themselves, their failures, to accept themselves and improve. Discipline to me means behaviour in accord with rules and a code of conduct maintained by training and control. I have a deep respect for others: not only respecting others' ways and choices in life but also always trying to learn from these. Finally, selfless commitment is to my clients, the decisions I make and have made: I walk tall. My core values are reflected in the people I have chosen to be close to me on my path through life.
- Respect for others
