I can watch dancers endlessly and I am again and again impressed about what they can do with their bodies. They have strength, flexibility and grace and for me they are a good example of how you can achieve all the components of fitness. Some women are afraid of building muscles but if you look at the various bodies of dancers they do not look like body builders! That’s strength.
